Welcome to Operation Christmas Child (OCC)
Operation Christmas Child (OCC), a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, shares the love of Jesus with children around the world through simple shoebox gifts. Each box is an opportunity for a child to receive not only a tangible gift, but also the message of God’s love and the hope of the gospel. Many children go on to participate in The Greatest Journey, a 12-lesson Bible study that teaches them to follow Christ and share their faith with others.
At Coronado Baptist, we collect items year-round, host shoebox packing events, and pray over every gift sent. Whether you donate items, pack a shoebox, join us for special events like Christmas in July, or give toward shipping costs, you can be part of bringing the light of Christ to children worldwide.
